Pricing for House Cleaning

We Give Fair and Honest Estimates

Before we start to clean your house we will do a site visit and walk through to make sure that we give you the best and most fair price for cleaning your home.

Walking through your home before starting is important because it allows us to assess how clean your home is already, how much work we will need to do, and if there are any structural or clutter issues that may make it difficult for us to clean. We also learn what is important to you and hear your expectations. We believe an initial walkthrough is the most fair and honest way to give a house cleaning estimate. We strive to give you the best home cleaning from the first day we work. We want to understand your needs and any particular special areas or care for pets you may have is important to us. We've worked with dogs, cats, bunnies and even snakes.

We value your trust and treat safety as a priority; we only employ referenced house keepers and keep entrances locked and secured while we are cleaning your home. A team of two to three experienced cleaners will bring a vacuum cleaner and a floor cleaner. We will use the rags, chemicals and cleaners that you supply so that there will be no allergic reactions to any products. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Our pricing depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning desired (regular house cleaning, move-out, move-in, or deep cleaning). Additional services such as cleaning windows will add to your final cost or we can come back another time and clean your windows (we clean first story windows).

If you aren’t sure you will want to have a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning set up, that’s fine with us! We are flexible.  We are here to work with you whenever you need us.

We send a monthly invoice so that you don't have to remember to leave a check every time we come to clean. We prefer that you mail us a check. Over the years, we have found that this is the simplest way to handle money.
