HOW DO I BOOK A CLEANING?

Just call, text, fill out our form or email us. Give us some details about your home such as how many bedrooms, bathrooms and the square footage and what level of clean you would like and we will arrange a time to visit and give you a quote.

WHAT SERVICES DO THE CLEANERS PROVIDE?

We offer a lot of different cleanings from move out, move in, deep cleaning, standard cleanings whenever you need them, before/after party cleans, and maintenance cleanings on a regular schedule (usually the standard). Whichever you choose, we can work with you to customize a cleaning to suit your needs and budget.

WHAT DO YOU SUPPLY OR BRING TO EACH CLEANING?

We use the owners own rags and cleaning supplies. Over the years we have found that some customers didn’t like the smell of some of the products we used to use or they wanted us to use their products anyway, so we decided to make it company policy to use the clients own rags and cleaning products. Everyone has seemed to be happy with this change. We do bring our own vacuum cleaner.

WHAT TIME WILL THE CLEANERS ARRIVE?

We give a 60-minute window for cleaners to arrive to each job site. Our work hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

No, you don’t need to be home when we are cleaning it. When we coordinate with you at our initial meeting we will figure out how our cleaners can gain access to your home (key, garage code, door code, hidden key, etc).
